sam® is as easy to use as an ATM. All employees quickly find their way around after logging in without further explanation (usually less than 5 minutes). For the administration and theme creation area, we will provide you with brief instructions as well as a personal initial briefing (approx. 1 hour). sam® is based on the most modern and currently most secure technologies on the market. As standard, a Linux system specially secured by secova is used (optionally e.g. SLES, RedHat, Debian etc.). Further technical details and information can be found in our available IT data sheets. An installation of sam® on a Microsoft-based server is only possible via VMWARE, Hyper-V etc. Of course, a connection to a Microsoft ActiveDirectory Server or similar is possible without any problems.
