What help functions are available?

In addition to written brief instructions, comprehensive online help is available in our Help Center. Some of these are partially video sequences with animations and audio. If you still have a question, we can assist you live and easily – you choose between a callback service or online chat from sam®. We can also easily conduct a joint online training/presentation with you. This service is of course free of charge and secure.
