What training period is required to use sam® as an instruction system?

sam® is as easy to use as an ATM. All employees quickly find their way around after logging in without further explanation (usually less than 5 minutes). For the administration and theme creation area, we will provide you with brief instructions as well as a personal initial briefing (approx. 1 hour). This can be followed by more intensive training for key personnel and users (approx. 2-4 hours).
