How does secova ensure the quality and ergonomics of training content and software?

All training content and instructions created by secova are exclusively developed by experienced experts (learning didactics, learning psychology, ergonomics, software development, etc.). The fundamental research and technical review is carried out by other specialists in our team. This allows us to guarantee high quality, especially in the areas of occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and quality management. This also applies to all related subfields/areas of expertise, such as radiation protection, explosion protection, hazardous substances regulations, etc. All topics of instruction undergo a multi-step review and quality assurance process before they are approved and delivered. Several external partners are also involved in this process, who regularly review secova’s quality standards. secova collaborates with techniques from the University of Osnabrück and the Chair of Cognitive Research. Throughout all process steps, human perception and reading behavior of learners in relation to the content and software elements of the sam® system are analyzed and continuously optimized.
