General Information on Fire and Explosion Protection Instructions

Fires and explosions can have devastating consequences: serious injuries, economic losses and, in the worst case, fatalities. In this section you will find instructions that deal exclusively with the prevention of fires/explosions and the correct behavior in the event of a fire.

During fire safety training, you will learn, for example, what role damaged electrical appliances play and how to use a fire extinguisher correctly. In addition to the basics, the explosion protection series teaches special handling methods for flammable liquids, flammable dusts and flammable gases. The ELSTATIK series is also available to help ensure that the spark only exists in your head, to avoid electrostatic ignition hazards in practice and technology.
