Stefan has set off
At secova, the motto is often "just get started and do it" - Stefan felt and enjoyed this leap of faith right from the start
Stefan appreciates the high flexibility and pragmatism at secova: “If I need tools or support, I usually receive it directly and uncomplicated!” Not only in his work area, product management, is initiative very welcome in the secova team, and there is plenty of room for creativity. Thus, the experienced logistics, purchasing, sales, and customer service professional “just got going” very early on. Always with the common goal of further optimizing the “product” sam® and the “User Experience (UX)” for users. Whether bug fixing, new functions, or detailed improvements – it is continually important to decide from the customer’s point of view which ideas and solutions add meaningful value and when and by whom they can be implemented. The still young Product Management division at secova also appeals to Stefan because he can contribute to structures here and thus help shape the company’s development: “This perspective makes it even more exciting for me!”
Two things have always meant a lot to Stefan in his free time: music and sport. Musically, he was influenced by punk and hip-hop, which are still his favorite genres. As a teenager, he tried out a lot of sports – the swimming pool and the football pitch were his stomping grounds in particular. Then he also “just started running” in his private life (up to the half marathon and “Strongman” events) and has now discovered cycling as a passion for himself three years ago. Whether road bike, gravel bike or bike-packing – the main thing is that it rolls and goes out! It can be as much as 200 kilometers per week, and much more on vacation. Stefan likes to travel a lot anyway, thanks to a large circle of friends and acquaintances.
What he particularly likes about being part of the secova team is the respectful, appreciative, and mutually supportive interaction: “You can tell everyone here is excited. Let’s rock it! is our motto. This makes work enjoyable…”
