The software company secova once again receives an award as “Top Company 2024” from the employer rating platform kununu. This is based on the independent reviews that employees leave anonymously on the platform. This means that secova continues to be one of the companies with the best working environment in Germany – colleagues particularly appreciate the corporate culture and recommend their employer 100 percent. With almost 100 employees, secova develops and distributes its EHS solution system sam® for improved occupational health and safety.

• At least seven employee reviews since the profile was created. Evaluations by applicants are not counted.
• A score of at least 3.8 stars (out of a maximum of 5 possible), both overall and in the employee ratings.
• In the past twelve months, the employee’s evaluation score must be at least 3.8 stars.
• At least two new valuations in the last twelve months. An updated valuation also counts as a new valuation.

A study conducted by the market research company YouGov in September 2022 found that the Top Company seal is considered relevant or very relevant to applications by 45 percent of all talented people when choosing a job.
A survey conducted by kununu among companies that have been recognized as a Top Company also shows that the use of the Top Company seal in corporate communications can increase the number of incoming applications by around 19 percent on average.
