secova is once again "Top Company"

The Rheinens-based software company receives the kununu seal of approval for 2025 as an outstanding employer

“Top Company 2025” – the software company secova has now been awarded this seal of approval as one of the best employers in German-speaking countries. And for the fourth time in a row. This award is presented by the employer rating portal kununu exclusively to companies that are rated particularly highly by their employees. These evaluations are anonymous and do not only record satisfaction with salary, job profile and supervisor behavior, for example.

100 percent recommendation

For employees, the culture of their company is also an important factor and is becoming increasingly important when selecting a job. Topics such as “work-life balance”, interaction with one another and the working atmosphere as a whole are decisive for well-being and enjoyment at work. Only five percent of all employer profiles qualify for the seal of approval. This requires a kununu score of at least 3.9 (out of a maximum possible 5.0) and a recommendation rate of at least 80 percent. In both cases, secova is way ahead with a score of 4.8 and a perfect 100% recommendation.

Overall, the employees of Team secova rate their satisfaction with the corporate culture at 4.9. The kununu seal of approval is part of a long series of awards that secova has received in recent years. In 2024, the company was recognized as a top employer in five categories by“Great Place to Work“, including as the second-best company in Germany (51-100 employees).

Strong team spirit, numerous benefits, common goals and a “secova spirit”

In addition to the general conditions such as a 37-hour week and 33 days of vacation, secova employees particularly like the strong sense of team spirit.
