Samira is in love with detail
Why do employees feel comfortable at secova right from the start? In Samira's case, it was the warm welcome and quick appreciation from the whole team.
In Samira’s job, no one is so quick to put an X for a U. No wonder: as a “UX designer” (UX = userexperience), she works at secova every day to put the sam® user experience at the center. Responsible for the design of our EHS software, their challenge is to master the balancing act between content, appearance and application in the best possible way.
Her attention to detail and a certain degree of perfectionism also help her here. Because “if everything ultimately behaves as expected intuitively, then I have done my job successfully.”
Samira’s private life is also driven by a mixture of artistic, creative and technical interests. She likes an inspiring book just as much as an interesting video game. In addition to good stories, she also likes “sometimes harder music” (metal to punk), and loves drawing and cooking. She has already tried out many sports and would like to return to martial arts “because of the enjoyable interaction”.
What Samira appreciates about her work at secova is “that I can express myself very freely here, develop ideas and make suggestions. Despite having little previous experience, I felt accepted and involved from the very beginning thanks to the support and help from all sides.”
