Melanie likes it familiar

From day 1, Melanie liked the family atmosphere at secova. The trained industrial clerk works in our internal sales department, where she makes initial contacts, schedules appointments, writes quotations and carries out preliminary consultations for presentations of our sam® software solution. According to Melanie, the office staff sound out “what is important to the interested parties, where is the burning issue?” and then recommend the right two to three modules for the presentation. She really likes her job here: “I can familiarize myself with the job without stress and enjoy learning new things every day. I really enjoy my work that way!” She feels very welcome in the secova team, receives support from all sides and feels the secova spirit everywhere: “There’s no ‘scheme F’ here, we’re individually brought out and encouraged. Whatever suits you is okay. Because we all have our own personality. And that is not only accepted, it is exactly what we want.”

In her private life, Melanie also values family above all else: “My family is the most important thing for me!” However, in their case, the concept of family can also be seen in a broader sense. First and foremost, of course, are her husband and their children “who are teenagers – they keep us on our toes!” Whenever and wherever possible, we do things together. The two dogs, a Doodle and a King Poodle, also provide additional “life in the den”: “They are two personalities who also demand attention and care. Dealing with them every day is my favorite hobby!” Melanie’s four-legged “family members” also include her guinea pigs (“my little animals”). That leaves little time for occasional visits to rock festivals and a little more for her reading preferences: “Scary novels – Stephen King is my favorite author!”
