Johanna appreciates the variety

Johanna is with secova as a customer advisor in the southern team. The day-to-day work of the trained office management assistant mainly involves support and system handover – usually via online meeting or telephone, occasionally on site if required: “That’s practically always well received by our customers.” She can work both from home and in secova’s “Palatinate office” in Deidesheim. She also appreciates the flexible working hours at secova. She particularly likes the variety in her job: “There’s something new every day, whether it’s from customers or my colleagues.” She is also enthusiastic about “this open, relaxed and cordial manner in the Team secova, with each other as well as with customers. Whether on the inside or the outside, you can always feel that a lot of heart and soul has gone into it. I think that’s admirable!”

Johanna is a real family person in her private life. In addition to her parents and siblings, she particularly enjoys spending time with her little nieces and nephew. Of course, meeting up with her friends and doing things together is also part of her leisure activities. One of her hobbies is clearly cooking, and because of her Russian and Kazakh roots, she enjoys recipes from the local cuisine (“my way of cultivating culture!”). Her interest in make-up is not unusual for a 20-year-old, but her true passion also goes a little under the skin: “Tattoos – I think they’re beautiful and they say something about a person.” Johanna also believes in karma: “Everything you give in life, you get back at some point.” And she sees this as one of the success factors at secova: “We have so many benefits here that everyone just loves going to work!”
