Eileen is an early bird
Eileen feels at home at secova: "Not only do we work together constructively as a team, we also get on well with each other. You can always make a joke. I like this young, open spirit!"
Eileen lives the three “e’s” in her name: She is full of energy, ambitious – and an early bird. “You can wake me up at four in the morning, my time is in the morning!” Fittingly, the Osnabrück native initially worked in a bakery after graduating from high school. She then moved into a three-person shared flat in Berlin to study communications management. She already focused on sales during her studies and started her career in this field straight after university. “I’ve actually always worked in B2B sales – I like the variety of the work.” She came to secova via our job advertisement and is now a Sales Manager in the secova team.
From initial presentations to customer support or system launches – Eileen’s field of activity is wide-ranging. “I’m also motivated by the fact that I can be an ‘expert’ on certain things for customers and help them with their questions.” Even during onboarding with other new colleagues, she enjoyed “the beautiful, special atmosphere here. Whether it’s the work-life balance, the flexible working hours or the numerous benefits – the working environment is exemplary. Our values are really lived here!”
The bundle of energy Eileen also needs to work out in her free time, preferably by doing sport. ” I’m actually more of an impatient person who can’t relax easily. I prefer to run or go to the gym. Whether it’s jogging, weight training or HiIT (high-intensity interval training) – I want to challenge myself and test my limits. And recharge my batteries!” As a sociable person, family and friends are important to Eileen, so she likes to listen to podcasts on her own. She is also always trying out new things with her curiosity and enthusiasm. She also likes traveling, for example to Thailand. But what she would most like to do is seek out the challenge again. “A boot camp would be a dream. Or actually climb Mount Everest. Or a 100km march.”
