Daniel feels vindicated
What does Daniel particularly like about secova? -"That I have the freedom to have a say in my development and career here!"
Daniel can prove himself every day at secova. In his job as Customer Relationship Manager, he usually receives direct feedback on his work. “The job itself is very varied and fulfilling: ‘It’s nice to be able to solve smaller problems quickly.'” But what I particularly like about our customer relationships is the sense of community and partnership – it just gives you a really good feeling!”
The trained office administrator and business administration graduate (International Business Administration & Marketing) has already seen a lot of this world. During his training, he took part in a polar expedition, did his civilian service in Canada and spent a semester studying in Estonia. “After several years in sales, he is now excited about diving deeper into more complex topics within the sam® key account.” “From the very beginning, he felt warmly welcomed by everyone in the secova team.” Everyone took a lot of time and I had a great introduction to the processes.”
Daniel is actually a typical northern light – he grew up in Beverstedt in Lower Saxony, studied in Kiel and lives there with his wife and child. Being able to work from home most of the time is ideal for the young family man: “It allows me to combine family and career in the best possible way – that’s a huge benefit and not something that can be taken for granted!”
His youth was marked by soccer, tennis, table tennis, volleyball and kung fu. Today, he goes running from time to time and would like to kick a little again. Instead, he can now let off steam on the other “shooting gallery” – his drums. And enjoy a home-brewed beer afterwards, because that’s his other hobby. Various factors ensure a particularly tasty pale ale.
For him, there is one huge factor that makes secova special: “It’s the employees, who consistently ensure that our values – such as humanity, cordiality and the ability to take criticism – are truly put into practice.”
