Nadja has found the unicorn
Nadja immediately sensed the warm, appreciative cooperation at secova: "Diversity is really lived here!"
“Where have I ended up here?”Nadja asked herself after joining secova’s North/East team as a new sales assistant and attending the quarterly meeting in Rheine after just three working days. She was immediately impressed by the respectful, friendly tone, the flat hierarchies and the warm, deeply human welcome: “secova blew me away!” The trained travel agent with many years of professional experience in banking loves communication and direct contact with “her” customers: “I like to approach people without shyness and am happy to advise, support and persuade them.” Her extensive service activities also include scheduling and accounting tasks (“I’m good with figures”). However, it’s not just the job profile that suits her perfectly, but the company’s overall focus that excites her, “as if I were have found the unicorn among the employers!
Nadja and her husband have found their shared “dream house” in Braunlage, which is over 100 years old: “For us, a house has to live, creak and crunch!” Of course, there’s always a lot to do – right now it’s a fresh coat of paint. It’s fitting that she is very creative overall, loves art and enjoys drawing (“my dream was once to be a children’s book illustrator”). But her great passion has always been dance. After a good 15 years of ballet, she discovered Latin dances and then joined a “cheerdance team” (a mixture of jazz, hip hop, rhythmic gymnastics and ballet). In the meantime, she has landed on the “Lindy Hop”, the original swing dance from the 1930s. The (not always) quiet moments at home are then provided by a pair of velvet paws with whiskers: “In our house in the Harz Mountains, we are clearly Team Cat – professionally, it’s just nice to be part of Team secova…”
