For Celina, what matters is the inside.
Celina says: 'At secova, it's the people who make it happen - the inside is exactly how it shines on the outside.' I look forward to seeing each and every one every day; I have found colleagues AND friends here!
Celina is in no doubt: she’s actually been a saleswoman from day one. Since her apprenticeship as an industrial clerk to today as an internal sales representative, she particularly values the numerous customer contacts she has every day. In her day-to-day work in the secova team, she handles contact requests until they are handed over to the sales representative, then prepares the contract until it is signed. And, of course, everything organizational around it. “I like the variety, every customer is different, I always have something to do.”
Why secova? “I wanted to go where I have the feeling that I want to stay here for my (professional) life! I particularly value inner values, such as daily interactions within the company, alongside a good work/life balance. And that has been a perfect fit at secova from the start!” From the admission process to the warm welcome, Celina feels “at home – as if I had always been there!” However, despite her sense of well-being, she also knows: “Nothing comes from nothing – everyone at secova works hard and achieves a lot.” All doors are open to me and others, no matter where the journey takes us…”
Celina is also investing a lot in her own “journey” in her private life: she goes to evening school in Münster three times a week, and her final exams for her “Master Professional in Business Management” are coming up in May. “Real travel is also one of her great passions: Even at a young age, she wants to get to know as much of the world as possible.” “I’ve already done a big tour of Norway. And South Africa is planned for the fall!” She would like to experience a few more adventures and get to know many unknown things. In terms of sport, Celina had to give up her beloved tennis after a foot injury and is now leaning towards swimming. She also enjoys cooking – “preferably new recipes” – or painting or working on canvases with putty.
