Philipp is looking for challenges

Philipp works in product management at secova. His job as “Product Owner” is to act as an interface between Sales and Service to determine which new features should be implemented in our EHS software solution sam® and how. In his day-to-day work, this means organizing, creating schedules and – in consultation with the team – setting priorities. “To do this, I have to be able to anticipate and structure a wide variety of tasks,” says the philosophy graduate.

In his private life, Philipp has dedicated himself entirely to endurance sports. Whether running (up to a half marathon), cycling or indoor cycling – he loves to burn off energy and constantly set new goals. He regularly keeps up to date with the latest developments in the IT sector as a balancing “head workout”. So it’s fitting that he also likes to cook healthy food so that he always has enough energy both privately and professionally.

In addition to the working atmosphere and cooperation at secova, Philipp particularly likes “that we give new colleagues (even those with little professional experience) responsibility for larger projects as quickly as possible. That suits me well, as I don’t just like challenges in sport.”
