Michelle arranges
Michelle thinks it's "just great how you are welcomed here right from the start - I was part of secova from day 1. So much togetherness, always a friendly approach - there's simply a lot of give and take here!"
Michelle can’t imagine doing just one job for a week. As “Senior Marketing Manager” in the secova team she demonstrates her strong multitasking skills on a daily basis. “As an arranger, I love being able to juggle different tasks at the same time.” The German studies graduate initially taught German as a foreign language in Thailand on a scholarship. And then realized “that I didn’t want to teach for the rest of my life.” She ultimately found her calling in marketing through content management. “There’s always something happening, nothing remains rigid and monotonous – that’s exactly what I like. I always get inspiration from outside, and I also like to use lively examples.” Michelle enjoys the extremely friendly way in which all Secovians interact with each other in her day-to-day work: “This secova spirit – it’s so incredibly harmonious here! Our numerous benefits are also ‘not normal’. As a team, we are happy to give it our all!”
Michelle divides her free time between family and friends, the gym and the stables. She has always loved horses: “Horses have always shaped my life!” It all started on a pony: “I still have my own from back then – now 20 years old, it’s enjoying its reprieve with me.” Her preference is for dressage, and she even became an association champion in 2013. Today, however, riding is “just a hobby”. Apart from professional detours to Bangkok and Berlin, the Osnabrück native has remained connected to her home region to this day: “I am very loyal and maintain some of my friendships from kindergarten and school days.” At the same time, she loves traveling and prefers “a good mix of nature, culture and cities. But even at home, I’m always on the move in some way and want to keep moving. Whether it’s with my horses, in fitness classes, with my friends or in faraway places…”
