
Johannes becomes sales manager at secova
"Competent and customer-oriented" - this is Johannes' motto, who secova has now appointed as Sales Manager.
Johannes is taking over as Head of Sales at secova, the provider of the sam® software solution for professional EHS management, with immediate effect. Based in the Nuremberg metropolitan region, Johannes has been part of our“Team secova” since 2012. From his location, he has already been able to celebrate great sales successes, gain numerous experiences and thus “sam-ify” the south ?
It is very important for our sales manager to be close to the customer – along with expertise in consulting and support. He would now like to pass on this understanding in particular to the entire sales team in his new role: “For me, sales at secova is much more than just selling. Our job is to provide companies with the best possible support in mastering their diverse tasks in the areas of occupational health and safety and compliance more easily. The best way for us to achieve this is to listen carefully and then respond specifically to the respective needs of our customers. With the help of our numerous function modules in sam®, we usually find the right solution very quickly.”
At secova, sales representatives are customer consultants and advisors
If customers ultimately opt for the sam® EHS software system, Johannes believes that the secova sales staff will become their consultants and advisors. From system introduction to desired (online) training courses, extended application options and supplementary modules – they are always available as the first point of contact. As service is very important to us, the service team (with a professional ticket system, help center, live chat or telephone) provides appropriate support. However, the respective sales representatives in their regions are primarily responsible for all inquiries and concerns.
It is not only with our “retreaded sam®” that we at secova are driving our continuous improvement process forward. Numerous additions, optimizations and refinements are regularly incorporated into the solution system via updates. This also includes the use of the latest technologies, such as the increasingly versatile sam®-VR for virtual training. We also occasionally allow ourselves to be “watched” from the outside. TÜV-Thüringen has reviewed our risk assessment in a comprehensive audit and certified the GBU process as fully compliant with the standard.
This product portfolio, which has steadily grown and expanded in terms of modules and functional depth, now also requires internal training and further education at sales level. Here, our sales manager wants to ensure that our high level of support is maintained in the best possible way, even with continued growth in quality.
