Irene thinks three-dimensionally
Modeling realistic instructions in 3D - that is Irene's specialty
How can training courses become even more memorable, motivating, and – yes – entertaining? We think about this every day at secova. And they like to counter the “all theory is gray” with the colorful world of digital applications from 3D to virtual reality. Practical, self-directed instruction “just like in real life” helps to ensure that some topics are remembered even more effectively. This requires creative minds – like Irene, who now develops 3D modeling for sam®.
Irene knew very early on that 3D modeling was “her thing”. The trained design assistant “always thought 3D gaming worlds were cool”. Despite her fascination for the gaming world, she was looking for “the right mix of programming and being creative!” While looking for an internship in 3D modeling, Irene came to secova during her media informatics studies and then also wrote her bachelor’s thesis there. She now creates plastic, very realistic 3D training courses and wants to continuously improve in the field of animation: “Everything fell into place for me very quickly here at secova!”
Irene is also very creative in her free time – she draws (digital + paper) and sews a lot, restores furniture and enjoys photography. She used to dance hip hop, but now her physical balance is more fitness training. And when she’s not doing something active or creative, she simply enjoys spending time with her cat. After that, her head is free again for her complex modeling of very realistic, artificial worlds for 3D instructions “just like in real life”.
By the way: With sam®, secova provides its users with an integrated EHS software solution. In addition to the sam® EHS Manager, a “real” app is also available for mobile use. And the new 3D and virtual reality training courses already clearly show how realistic simulation can take occupational safety to the next level. Would you like to get to know this personally? Welcome, Irene, to the secova team!
