Frank has been a "real" Secovian for 10 years
Today you are reading a very special blog article. On the occasion of his tenth secova anniversary, we turned the tables and asked our dear Frank for an interview.
The first of April 2014 was Frank’s “official” first day at secova. Officially in a special sense, as he had already been supporting us for three years on a freelance basis in the area of press relations. However, as secova grew strongly year on year and our EHS software solution sam® continued to expand, the decision was made to hire a “permanent” Frank. And so he started as a “real” member of the secova team in our former building, the Franz-Tacke-Haus – with a lot of drive and ready to tell the world about secova and sam®.
While in the beginning it was classic work such as the creation of fact sheets, newspaper reports or articles in specialist journals, his field of activity and working methods have clearly changed. Starting out as a one-man show, he now works as part of the Content team on various tasks, such as expanding our brand awareness. So it was not surprising to read about it in various newspapers shortly after our “Great Place to Work” awards. Frank took care of that and a lot more…
Frank particularly enjoys interviewing and portraying our “newcomers” to the team for our blog. And if you ask him about his “gut feeling” about secova, his eyes light up and he talks about the unique culture, the warm cooperation and the incredible flexibility with which everyone is allowed to work here. Because the last ten years have shown him time and again that even in challenging or simply different situations, there was always a willingness to find solutions together. “Being here at secova does something to you,” says Frank. “The emotional connection is strong. Because each of us is writing our own story here!”
In our short interview, Frank told me about his love of nature, his sporting passion for cycling and his gratitude for living this life: With his family, his many opportunities and possibilities and secova by his side.
