In his private life, Christoph is a very active person in every respect. He is a passionate endurance athlete. When he straps on his jogging shoes and starts running, it can be a 5, 10 or even 15-kilometer lap, depending on his mood and form. For a good five years now, he has been getting on his mountain bike with at least as much enthusiasm and cycling off – from leisurely tours to more challenging routes, where he doesn’t shy away from steeper downhill sections. He generally likes to try out new things: “Our son has started playing tennis – so now I’m going to do that too…” In addition, the Rheinenser also has a “green thumb and two right hands”. He built a pond in the garden himself and constructed a children’s corner for the kids. His family with two children and a dog is particularly important to him, and they spend a lot of time together in their caravan on the North Sea. “But here in the secova team, I also experience this shared sense of togetherness, starting with the familiar welcome and noticeable every day in the mutual appreciation.”.
