Anna is always doing something

Anna is employed by Team secova as an “assistant to the management” – but her actual field of activity is much broader. She enjoys organizing, supervising and supporting numerous projects. From the search for and introduction of a suitable CRM system to our in-house risk assessments – Anna gets involved, supports, plans, checks and coordinates. Am liebsten mag sie es, wenn Aufgaben schnell umgesetzt werden können: „Ich habe gerne Aufgaben, die schnell erledigt werden können!”Ich mag es nicht, etwas als erledigt abzuhaken! Doch obwohl die Geschwindigkeit bei secova enorm ist und alle viel zu tun haben, spürt sie jeden Tag, dass das Bauchgefühl bei Entscheidungen stets berücksichtigt wird. Ihr fällt auch die freundliche Atmosphäre sowie das offene, äußerst herzliche Miteinander auf. Sie schätzt besonders, dass sie bei secova sehr frei arbeiten kann, ohne strenge Vorgaben: Hier gibt es keine Festgefahrenheiten!

Anna is also usually on the move in her private life: “I’m always doing something!” As the proud mother of two small children, for whom she likes to spend a lot of time, this is hardly surprising. That doesn’t leave much time for her sport (she used to be an active volleyball player), but she still wants to go to the gym two or three times a week to work out.
To switch off, she prefers to go out into nature – whether “just digging and planting in the garden” or hiking and walking with friends. She is drawn to the down-to-earth: “One of my most formative experiences was certainly the week I spent on the Camino de Santiago with my girlfriend. That’s when I realized that you don’t need much to be happy.” Now she is working towards her second dream: Nepal. Back to the roots, just come down…
