Anja will come and pick you up

Anja is a great example of how ‘the colorful life’ can prepare perfectly for a job at secova! After her training, the qualified industrial clerk initially worked as a buyer (in the field of mechanical engineering) and then moved to citizen services. After 13 years at the residents’ registration office, passport office and even the registry office, she is now starting out as a “career changer” in software sales. As a sales assistant in the “Team West””Customer acquisition and support now define her daily routine: ‘I’m good at meeting people where they are.’ She had no initial difficulties because ‘I was received openly, warmly, and without hesitation from day one and accepted as a matter of course. My trust was immediately there, knowing that with the great support of the entire team I could succeed – and secova actively fosters the personal strengths of its employees. What’s more, I don’t run away, I like to take on new challenges.”

Anja describes herself as a “creative craftswoman”. Whether it’s the renovation of an old house, her own large garden with a self-built pool landscape or the “upcycling” of old metal parts into a slightly different Christmas tree – together with her very skilled husband, the creative urge knows few limits. Her great passion is photography, preferably landscapes: “I like to soak up moods with my camera!” Her photo workshop in Tenerife was almost as important to her as her hiking vacation with her family in Crete. Or this year’s team event with the “secova family” in Malaga: “The three days were abnormally cool – where can you experience something like that? It gives you this profound feeling of being an important part of a wonderful unit. Everyone contributes to the big picture, everyone is involved – and it’s not just at our community events that our values are actually put into practice!”
