Ami dives deep

“sam® can provide great support in occupational health and safety and offers so much potential!” – Annemarie “Ami” is absolutely sure of that. As a trained occupational safety specialist (Sifa) and sam® administrator in a medium-sized company for several years, she knows what she is talking about. She is now responsible for central customer care in our “Customer Relationship Management (CRM)” department. Its aim: to show and communicate to companies how they can further optimize their occupational safety with the numerous solutions offered by our integrated EHS software.

Ami prefers to think outside the box. She also enjoys diving deep into a wide variety of topics. Both of these characteristics fit perfectly with her area of work at secova: familiar with sam® from her own practical experience, she looks at the respective companies from a user’s perspective. And thus identifies potential for improvement and ideal expansion options. It provides support with training, complex issues or structures in the work system, but also with ticket processing. The presentation of new modules is also one of her many tasks. Originally from the medical field, Ami came to occupational safety via health management. And now she wants to pass on her enthusiasm for sam®.

In her private life, Ami is also very versatile and creative, with a penchant for building and repairing things. The garden and her home are home to numerous works she has created herself from natural materials. This even catches the eye of her customers in online meetings, who regularly admire her “hanging gardens” in the background, for example. But diving is also one of her hobbies, as are reading and (fantasy) games evenings. Ami Schubert is good at putting herself in “other worlds” – and her customers at secova will certainly benefit from this.
