Aileen likes it warm
Aileen is "delighted with the way people work here at secova - the mutual support, the friendly colleagues, everyone pays attention to each other. It simply makes work fun!"
Aileen works in the software testing team at secova. Whether updates or new releases: First of all, this team checks that everything is running smoothly and only then is it released. Aileen did an internship with us two and a half years ago – and immediately extended it by a few weeks. “I felt at home here straight away and was happy to be able to stay a little longer.” She is now studying Media Informatics in her 4th semester at the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück. She is now very happy to support the secova team once a week. She would like to write her Bachelor’s thesis here and can definitely imagine working for us as a developer (“towards the front end?”) afterwards. “Everyone here is warm, helpful and super-friendly. You can get in touch with anyone, ask questions and be curious. In addition, everyone is treated equally. And there are so many great benefits – from the muesli and salad bar to the sports offer and the annual meeting – for your health, quality of life and a perfect work-life balance.”
Aileen also enjoys spending time with people in her free time. Meeting up with friends and playing cards, hanging out in the Osnabrück castle gardens when the weather is nice, going out in the evening – that’s what she likes. To keep her body in shape alongside her studies, she goes to the gym two to three times a week. Your basic goal: “I want to move!” Her passion for series, on the other hand, is a completely different kind of endurance training:“ I thinkGames of Thrones is great – apart from the eighth season. I also like the Vampire Diaries and the animated series One Piece.” But it’s not just the moving images on the screen that captivate them. Aileen also enjoys reading books, especially in the fantasy genre. She is also fascinated by “everything to do with space and our universe. We as an earth are not even a hundredth of a grain of sand!” In addition to (interior) architecture, she is also very interested in psychology with the key question: “How do we humans think?”
